Job Description
We are seeking Subject Matter Expert for Medical-Surgical Practical Nursing in Canada.
SME Scope of Work:
- Write NCLEX-style nursing questions for EAQ titles. Adhere to the guidelines documents and other information provided by the LearningMate Editorial team.
- Revise questions based on the feedback from the LearningMate team.
- If required, revise questions based on the feedback from the end customer.
- Author the Questions directly on the QuAD authoring tool.
SME Qualification:
SMEs writing/reviewing these questions should be Canadian RN or PN nursing faculty with experience teaching medical-surgical nursing, fundamentals of nursing, critical care nursing, or health assessment.
Target Audience:
This question bank will be used by Practical Nursing (PN) students in Canada who are preparing to work across a variety of health care settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehab centers, clinics, primary care offices, and in the home. PN students using this bank will have already successfully completed coursework and skills practice in fundamentals of nursing.
