Our Snow Removal Teams tackle whatever Mother Nature throws at us with grit, teamwork, and the occasional snowball dodge.<br />We’re looking for reliable, physically fit individuals who don’t mind a crisp morning, a little fresh air in their lungs, and a friendly competition over who can move the most snow in an hour. It won’t always be glamorous. There will be late nights, long hours, and the kind of “why am I awake right now?” moments that only winter can deliver. But you’ll be part of a team that has each other’s backs, celebrates small wins, and finds humour in the snowiest of situations.</p><p><hr /></p><b>What You’ll Need</b><ul><li>G license <i>(preferred — G2 also considered)</i></li><li>Reliable transportation to and from job sites (shovels don’t come with wheels)</li><li>Open availability for on-call work (snow doesn’t follow a schedule)</li><li>A mobile phone for communication</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>A good attitude, a strong back, and a sense of humour when the flakes start flying</li></ul><p><hr /></p><b>Compensation</b><ul><li>$20–$25/hour, based on experience and reliability</li><li><b>Guaranteed Pay Options*</b> during the snow season</li><li>Paid bi-weekly</li><li><b>Opportunity for full-time, year-round employment</b> if desired at the end of the contract</li></ul><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>RBUa6SCI4Q</p></p></p>
