**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Softgoods Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of the store, blending customer service excellence with merchandising duties. You will handle transactions, maintain the checkout area, and assist with inventory management to keep our store looking its best.

**What You Will Do**

• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
• Accurately record customer transactions using electronic cash registers, mainline registers, and self-checkouts (SCOs).
• Replenish merchandise surrounding the checkout area.
• Monitor hot-selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes when needed.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Ensure full compliance with all policies regarding the sale of Tobacco and Lottery products.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Keep the checkout work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all Loss Prevention best practices.

**Schedule and Availability**

• This is a Part-Time position.
• A typical part-time schedule includes a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.
• Hours may range up to 24 hours weekly.

• Stand and/or walk for extended periods.

• Operate equipment, including using a ladder.
