What You’ll Do

As a Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment team by helping source top talent, coordinating interviews, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks

  • Review resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate fit and interest

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple roles

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

  • Assist with posting job ads and ensuring they are visible across relevant platforms

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sourcing, or administrative support is an asset

  • Highly energetic, motivated, and ready to bring positive energy to the role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Comfortable using online tools, job boards, and social media for sourcing

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ATS experience is a plus
