How We Operate
As a CEO or Tech Lead inside Martell Ventures, you'll operate like a founder owning vision, execution, and upside, while plugging into a studio with unfair advantages:
We partner with proven entrepreneurs and elite technical builders to form two-person founding teams. Together, we incubate high-leverage AI startups inside our 90-day sprint model. Every venture launches with capital, distribution, execution playbooks, and hands-on support from 8-figure founders and GTM operators.
We don't bet on ideas, we bet on operators.
