With a reputation built on trust, reliability, and customer success, they continue to grow their presence across Ontario and beyond.</p><p>This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and providing technical solutions to customers. As the Technical Sales Representative, you will manage and grow a defined territory by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. You will leverage your technical understanding and consultative approach to support customer needs and represent a strong portfolio of industrial measurement and control products.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and scheduled client visits.</p><p>- Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying additional revenue opportunities.</p><p>- Conduct needs assessments and recommends appropriate products and technical solutions.</p><p>- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.</p><p>- Attend trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings as required.</p><p>- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer orders and commitments are met.</p><p>- Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting, tracking, and reporting.</p><p>- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet clients and support sales initiatives.</p><p> </p><p>Qualifications</p><p>- 5+ years of technical sales experience in industrial equipment or related services.</p><p>- Proven success in new business development and account management.</p><p>- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.</p><p>- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities independently.</p><p>- Instrumentation or Electrical diploma/degree (or equivalent experience) considered an asset.</p><p>- Strong ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.</p><p> </p><p>Compensation: Base Salary $52K + commission</p><p>Commission Potential: $50K/year++</p><p>Non capped commission plan</p><p>Apply now to begin discussing your career goals with ABL Direct&#39;s client..
