THE MANDATE
Call on established dealer accounts on a regular schedule to build relationships, close orders, promote new products, increase business and resolve any client concerns and complaints by developing viable and fair solutions
Conduct in-person/virtual training on products/systems to retail sales associates in a B2B environment
Develop and propose pricing strategies to acquire new business and project work
Occasionally call on the A&D community to drive Beaulieu product specifications
Physically assemble and take down displays
Provide technical information and product support including assistance with merchandising dealer showrooms to Beaulieu Canada standards
Complete weekly reports as required
Expand distribution to increase Beaulieu Canada market share in the specified territory
Monitor competition by gathering current information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques
Continually prospect for new viable accounts
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
High school diploma or equivalent (post secondary education preferred)
Professional training in sales techniques, an asset
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Professional presence
Ability to make cold calling on new prospects
Internal drive to succeed, strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
Resides in Sudbury or within a 2.5-hour radius
