This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines through the maintenance, organization, repair, and setup of tooling and equipment.</p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><strong>$2,000 signing and retention bonus</strong></li><ul><li>$1,000 after 6 months of continuous employment</li><li>Additional $1,000 after 12 months</li></ul><li>Competitive, experience-based wages</li><li>Comprehensive company-paid health & dental benefits</li><li>Healthcare Spending Account</li><li>Annual fitness allowance</li><li>Company-matched pension (up to 5%)</li><li>Strong safety programs</li><li>Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review production schedule to prepare and schedule appropriate tooling</li><li>Inspect, clean, install, and test tooling for <span >mechanical/electrical</span> functionality</li><li>Store and maintain tooling inventory following FIFO practices</li><li>Repair tooling parts when feasible, or coordinate complex repairs with maintenance</li><li>Troubleshoot tooling and process issues to reduce downtime and scrap</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation and reports as required</li><li>Promote and adhere to Health & Safety standards</li><li>Actively participate in LEAN and 5S activities</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>25 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Effective communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Familiarity with LEAN and 5S principles</li><li>Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office</li><li>High attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul><p><br /></p></strong><p></p></p></p>
