If you are a versatile professional with a passion for construction and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.</p><p>*Duties*</p><ul><li><p>Perform a variety of skilled tasks in the construction and maintenance of structures.</p></li><li><p>Utilize skills in framing, flooring, drywall, and painting.</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail in all work.</p></li><li><p>Commitment to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively with project manager, team members, and customers</p></li></ul><p>*Skills*</p><ul><li><p>Experienced in framing, drywall installation, flooring (including tiling), and painting.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Own transportation.</p></li><li><p>Own tools.</p></li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Flooring installation: 3 years (required)</li><li>Drywall: 3 years (required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
