We are looking for an individual who is organized, helpful, EXTREMELY detail-oriented, and learning-based. Working with our brokerage, you will bring your dynamic personality, consultative spirit, and desire for excellence to everything you do. You will manage our real estate transactions from pending to closing.
In this role, you’ll ensure trades are inputted/distributed/signed, assist with legal correspondence, prepare commission statements, follow up on closing status, and ensure all documents are in compliance for closing.

Compensation:
- $50,000 - $55,000 salaryÂ

Responsibilities:- Input transaction information to create trades using Lonewolf
- Input transactions, opportunities, and commissions into KW Command
- Track transaction activities
- Ensure file compliance and timely follow-up for missing items
- Send trades to realtors for approval and signature
- Send out legal correspondence to client solicitors in relation to the purchase or saleÂ
- Obtain and distribute solicitor information for trades
- Create and distribute the commission statement and invoice
- Create offers and related documents as needed
- Broker load listings for TRREB MLS Board
- Work with realtors to understand the transaction and listing process
- Manage post-closing systems
- Issue deposit receipts to all partiesÂ
- Complete deposits at banking institutions and maintain receiptsÂ
- Arrange a courier service as needed
- Assist with office logistics
