Agilus is recruiting for a Turnaround Coordinator in the Oil and Gas industry in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Join a dynamic team as a Turnaround Execution Coordinator, where you'll oversee the planning and execution of turnaround activities in a high-impact industrial environment. This role demands strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review detailed work packages and estimates
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure readiness and execution
- Monitor safety compliance and promote safe work practices
- Track progress and update schedules during all turnaround phases
- Resolve field issues and escalate concerns promptly
- Support operations during ramp-down and ramp-up phases
- Ensure proper documentation and closeout of work orders
- Participate in lessons learned and post-event evaluations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in turnaround or shutdown coordination
- Strong understanding of Alberta OH&S regulations
- Familiarity with Maximo, P6, and work package development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead field teams and drive safety culture
- Skilled in estimating, scheduling, and resource planning
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Technical background in mechanical or industrial operations preferred
