CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Site Lead in Fort Irwin, CA.

The compensation for this position will be $27.91 per hour as this is an SCA contract.

Conduct transition activities in support of the VA. Transition support includes conducting standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, one-on-one engagements, pre-separation counseling support, military life cycle (MLC) events, Capstone events, and warm-handover support. Serve as an entry-level instructor delivering established curriculum, training tools, and ensuring course content and delivery methods follow established training objectives.

Responsibilities May Include

1. Executing non-event activities at assigned installation
2. Participating in weekly Site Lead meetings
3. Executing quality management activities at the installation and across the program
4. Delivering onsite activities and executing post-event data collection activities
5. Travel may be included

Required Skills

1. Understanding and applying adult learning theories
2. Understanding transitioning Service member populations
3. Experience using Microsoft Office suite of tools
4. Strong customer management and support skills
5. Experience delivering interactive workshops and training to live audiences

Required Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ equivalent work/military experience
2. Preferred emphasis in Training, Education, Career Counseling, or HR
3. Appropriate certifications

Preferred Skills

1. Understanding of VA benefits programs
2. Knowledge of the military and experience working with military clients
3. Understanding of current veteran issues and challenges pre- and post- transitions
