Job Description:

This VP of Finance role is ideal for a experienced people leader with deep expertise in Workday Financials, strong accounting acumen and a proven ability to guide teams through transformation and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support finance teams during post-implementation of Workday Financials
  • Provide strategic oversight and hands-on guidance to ensure system adoption and process optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, improve workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Mentor and manage team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and business units to ensure alignment and continuity

    Job Requirements:

  • Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience with Workday Financials in a post-implementation or operational capacity
  • Strong people management background, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Solid accounting expertise (not FP&A focused)
  • Excellent communication and change management skills
