<p>Job Overview</p><p>We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in making sure our customers get their orders quickly, accurately, and beautifully packaged. From picking and packing to shipping and receiving, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly. If you're organized, comfortable using computers, and have a love for fashion, this is the perfect opportunity. Training will be provided for the right candidate.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care.</li><li>Use our Warehouse Management System (via Shopify) to track inventory and manage stock levels.</li><li>Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring all products are logged and stored correctly.</li><li>Help troubleshoot and resolve customer or order-related issues with team collaboration.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Previous warehouse, retail, or fashion fulfillment experience preferred (but not required).</li><li>Comfortable using computers and shipping/inventory software.</li><li>Familiar with order fulfillment processes: picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to safe work practices.</li></ul><p>Why Join Us?</p><p>We're passionate about fashion and obsessed with giving our customers the best experience possible.
