We would love for you to join us and be part of the Boiling Point family!</p><p><strong>Purpose & Summary</strong>:</p><p>This position receives, stores, and organizes products within the warehouse. Assist with managing and maintenance of inventory, picking and packing items in preparation for delivery.</p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Assist with unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders for our restaurants and other corporate locations</li><li>Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas, picking and packing for shipping</li><li>Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code</li><li>Prepare orders for delivery to the restaurants on a daily basis</li><li>Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for customers and internal employees of BPG</li><li>Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method</li><li>Assist in counting of physical inventory</li><li>Weigh and count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards</li><li>May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed along with driver responsibilities</li><li>Organize warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times</li><li>Wear the proper safety equipment</li><li>Maintain personal health and sanitation standards</li><li>Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP&#39;s guidelines</li><li>Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct</li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Must be over 25 years of age at time of hire.</li><li>Must have valid driver’s license.</li><li>Must not have any DUI/DWI violations within last 3 years.</li><li>1 year of warehouse experience preferred.</li><li>Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Able to multitask and work in a team environment.</li><li>High School diploma preferred.</li><li>All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.</li><li>All candidates are subject to quarterly MVR checks (negative results may affect employment).</li></ul><br><br><strong>Physical Demands</strong>:<ul><li>Ability to continuously stand or walk.</li><li>Ability to bend and lift frequently.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Work Environment</strong>:<ul><li>Work will be conducted in a warehouse environment.</li><li>May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.</li><li>Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach, grab, or lift.</li><li>Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.</li><li>Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance*</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off*</li></ul><p>We’ve come a long way since we opened our first location in 2004.
