<p><b>Company:</b> Keen Minds Enrichment Education</p><p><br></p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote</p><p><br></p><p><b>Position Type: </b>Part-Time English/Writing Tutor</p><p><br></p><p>Keen Minds Enrichment Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate tutor to join our team on a part-time basis. As an organization committed to providing exceptional education and fostering academic excellence, we are looking for individuals who can inspire and empower students in Grades 3-12 as well as University-level writing. This is a fully remote position.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Deliver engaging and interactive, english-tutoring lessons for students grades 3-12 and up.</li><li>Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth.</li><li>Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree (preferred).</li><li>Prior teaching experience, preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in delivering remote instruction using various online platforms and tools. Such tools include Google Meets, Google Classroom, and Google Jamboard.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.</li><li>Dedication to continuous professional development and improvement.</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability in a remote teaching environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualities We Value:</b></p><ul><li>Passion for education and a commitment to student success.</li><li>Creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery.</li><li>Empathy, kindness, and understanding of students' individual learning needs.</li><li>Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.</li><li>Integrity and professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Compensation:</b></p><ul><li>$19 - $23 per hour.
