<p>Position Title :: Administrative Assistant</p><p>Work Location :: Edmonton, AB</p><p>Position Type :: Contract</p><p>Duration :: 4+ Months + possibility of extension</p><p>Description:</p><p>The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Branch Administrator and assist with key organizational tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Calendar Management:</li></ul><p>Assist with scheduling and maintaining the Executive Director's calendar, including coordinating meetings and appointments.</p><ul><li>Email Management:</li></ul><p>Organize and maintain shared email inboxes, including tagging, categorizing, and prioritizing messages for efficient follow-up.</p><ul><li>Document & Filing Management:</li></ul><p>Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (electronic and physical) to ensure easy retrieval of documents.</p><ul><li>Administrative Support:</li></ul><p>Provide general administrative assistance to the Branch Administrator, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.</p><p>Support branch operations by handling additional administrative tasks as assigned.</p><ul><li>Collaboration:</li></ul><p>Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.</p>Create Your Resume First
