Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry.<br /><br />WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:<br /><br />High producing dental practice which means high earning potential<br />Part-time position<br />Permanent employment<br />State-of-the-art technologies: iTero digital scanner and CBCT/Panoramic imaging system<br />Opportunity to grow and be an equity partner in 123Dentist practices<br />Dedicated mentorship program for new graduates<br />Experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist<br /><br />COMPENSATION:<br /><br />Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience)<br /><br />SCHEDULE:<br /><br />Three days per week<br />No evenings!<br /><br />WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<br /><br />Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.<br />Registered or in processing of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals<br />Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of BC<br />We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian provinces<br />Experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but open to new graduates welcome with mentorship provided<br />Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families<br /><br />Who We Are<br /><br />123Dentist is one of Canada’s largest and fastest growing dental support organizations.
