We're seeking a passionate Associate Dentist who values patient comfort and exceptional care to join our dedicated team.<br /><br />WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:<br /><br />• State-of-the-art technology, including CEREC (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics), iTero digital scanning, fully digital radiography, CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) Scanner, Panorex imaging, and 3D printing capabilities<br /><br />• Fully staffed practice with an experienced, efficient, and supportive team dedicated to your success<br /><br />• Established patient base from almost four decades of trusted community service, offering high earning potential<br /><br />• Mentorship opportunities from experienced dental professionals to support your growth and development<br /><br />• Modern, fully-equipped operatories with the latest dental technologies<br /><br />• Positive work culture that values teamwork, kindness, and professional growth in a warm, nurturing environment<br /><br />COMPENSATION:<br /><br />Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis, with remuneration starting from 35% - 43% of collections and higher (depending on experience)<br /><br />SCHEDULE:<br /><br />Part-time position: 1+ days per week<br />Saturday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (required)<br />Additional weekdays available (optional), minimum 8 hours per week<br /><br />WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<br /><br />Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process<br />Current registration and good standing with British Columbia licensing requirements (candidates registered in other Canadian provinces welcome to apply)<br />New graduates welcome – comprehensive mentorship provided<br />Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families<br />Commitment to patient comfort and creating positive dental experiences<br />Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as needed<br />If you're a dedicated and compassionate dentist seeking a fulfilling career opportunity with excellent support and growth potential, we'd love to hear from you<br /><br />Who We Are<br /><br />123Dentist is one of Canada’s largest and fastest growing dental support organizations.
