Client Service Representative – Full Time | This is NOT an at home - remote position

About the Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and through day-to-day communication. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in person
  • Provide clear, accurate, and friendly support across various client inquiries
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge
  • Prepare documents, handle client updates, and ensure all information is entered accurately
  • Follow established service procedures while also contributing ideas to improve the client experience
  • Work closely with office leadership and teammates to support daily goals
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to build your confidence and skill set
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions
