<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><b>Data Analytics Specialist</b><br><br>We are looking for a <b>Data Analytics Specialist</b> with Marketing technology experience who will act as the bridge between our PPC/Performance Marketing team and technical development. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in marketing technology integrations, tracking, data flow optimization, and analytics. Experience in the <b>iGaming industry</b> is a strong plus.<br />You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best-in-class marketing tracking infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy across platforms, and enabling the marketing team to make decisions based on reliable performance data.<b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li><b>Tracking & Integrations</b><ul><li>Implement, maintain, and optimize <b>Meta Conversion API</b>, <b>Google Ads conversion tracking</b>, <b>TikTok, Snapchat, Unity, IronSource</b> integrations, and other ad platforms.</li><li>Ensure proper event mapping and deduplication across <b>pixels, SDKs, and server-to-server (S2S) integrations</b>.</li><li>Lead integrations with <b>AppsFlyer MMP</b> (Mobile Measurement Partner), including iOS SKAN setup, Android attribution, and event postbacks.</li><li>Set up and maintain <b>GA4</b> for advanced funnel tracking across apps and web.</li><li>Build, test, and maintain <b>data pipelines</b> to avoid attribution mismatches.</li></ul></li><li><b>Data Flow & Quality Assurance</b><ul><li>Identify and resolve <b>data discrepancies</b> between platforms (Meta, Google, AppsFlyer, PBI).</li><li>Implement <b>fallback logic</b> and ensure partial data handling (IP/User Agent, FBP, FBC, etc.) is in place.</li><li>Maintain universal parameter mapping (UTMs, Click IDs, etc.) across all campaigns.</li></ul></li><li><b>Analytics & Reporting</b><ul><li>Develop and maintain <b>custom dashboards in Power BI</b> (and other BI tools) tailored to PPC and acquisition teams.</li><li>Define KPIs, including <b>Registrations, FTDs, LTV, ROAS, Cash-in, NGR</b>.</li><li>Perform cohort analysis, retention analysis, and revenue attribution modeling.</li></ul></li><li><b>Collaboration</b><ul><li>Work closely with <b>developers</b> to deploy tracking solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with <b>PPC managers</b> to optimize campaigns based on accurate event data.</li><li>Support the <b>Product & BI teams</b> with structured data insights.</li></ul></li></ul><b>Requirements</b><ul><li>Proven experience as a <b>Marketing Technology Specialist, Data Analyst, or MarTech Engineer</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>GA4, AppsFlyer, Meta CAPI, TikTok, Snapchat, Unity Ads, IronSource</b>.</li><li>Proficiency in <b>event tracking, pixel setup, SDK integrations, and API connections</b>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>server-to-server integrations</b> and conversion event deduplication.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>Power BI or other BI platforms</b> for dashboard creation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>SQL, JavaScript, Python</b> (or other scripting languages) for pixel/event customization.</li><li>Experience in <b>iGaming industry</b> is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between <b>Marketing & Development teams</b>.</li></ul><b>Nice to Have</b><ul><li>Experience with <b>Attribution modeling, LTV forecasting, and data-driven optimization</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>GTM (Google Tag Manager) server-side setup</b>.</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
