<p>Overview:</p><p>We are seeking a hands-on, licensed 310T Mechanic to lead fleet maintenance operations across 7 depots, overseeing a fleet of 1,100+ pieces of equipment. This role involves both technical expertise and leadership, managing a team of 5 mechanics, and ensuring peak fleet performance, safety, and compliance.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise and support a team of 5 mechanics across all locations.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance across the fleet.</li><li>Ensure all vehicles and equipment meet regulatory compliance and safety standards.</li><li>Manage maintenance documentation, service records, and parts inventory.</li><li>Provide hands-on diagnostics and repair support when needed.</li><li>Oversee vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective parts and service sourcing.</li><li>Develop and implement maintenance best practices and SOPs.</li><li>Collaborate with operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Valid 310T license – <em>mandatory</em>.</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of heavy truck/equipment maintenance experience.</li><li>Prior experience leading or supervising a maintenance team is a strong asset.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel between depots as needed.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Fleet Maintenance: 8 years (preferred)</li></ul><p>Licence/Certification:</p><ul><li>310T (required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>Create Your Resume First
