<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>You are a Media Associate.</strong></p><p>You will gain hands-on experience across the full 360°ree; media planning and buying ecosystem. This role is a foundational training ground - giving you exposure to every stage of the planning process while supporting the media strategy team in executing media campaigns across all channels and platforms. </p><p>We operate in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll need to be comfortable wearing many hats, pivoting quickly, and embracing new tools and technologies as they emerge. Success in this role requires strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn. </p><p>We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels a deep sense of belonging, and we expect all team members to live these values every day </p><p></p><p><strong>What are your responsibilities?</strong></p><ul><li>Support costing and planning activities by observing, shadowing, and assisting the media team throughout the planning and buying process. </li><li>Set up and maintain blocking charts for all media plans, ensuring schedules and budgets remain up to date. </li><li>Provide detailed support for booking digital and traditional media, including social, search, programmatic, print, out-of-home, TV and audio placements. </li><li>Collaborate with production and account teams on creative specifications, formats, and material deadlines. </li><li>Hands-on campaign execution across social (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest) and programmatic (DV360, Trade Desk) platforms, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and delivery of campaigns. </li><li>Liaise with media suppliers to gather information, confirm details, and ensure campaign accuracy. </li><li>Check and validate system inputs against estimates, contracts, and media plans to ensure accuracy and consistency. </li><li>Conduct frequent performance checks on active campaigns and assist with reporting duties as required. </li><li>Review and maintain budget estimates, reconcile draft billing, and ensure all financial inputs align with approved plans and contracts. </li><li>Maintain monthly Budget Control Reports, identifying and resolving any billing discrepancies. </li><li>Participate actively in training and learning opportunities to continue building channel and media strategy expertise. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What type of person should I be? </strong></p><ul><li>1-2 years of paid media-specific experience at a brand or agency </li><li>Education in advertising, marketing, media, communications, or a related field. </li><li>Highly organized, digitally fluent, and platform-agnostic, with a strong understanding of how audiences behave across channels including social, search, programmatic, video, display, audio, out-of-home, and print. </li><li>Hands-on working knowledge of major ad platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, and exposure to DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360) is an asset. </li><li>Experience supporting integrated paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels - social, search, programmatic, video, audio, print, and out-of-home. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>We are ChangeMakers</strong></p><p>ChangeMakers is a leading independent agency specializing in building purpose-driven brands and strategies that make a meaningful impact.
