This role ensures accurate and timely processing of orders, effective communication with customers, and seamless coordination with logistics partners to deliver a best-in-class fulfillment experience, while meeting company On-Time-to-Delivery (OTTD) performance standards.<br><br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><br><strong>Order Entry:</strong><br /> </p><ul><li>Process incoming purchase orders by matching them against corresponding sales quotations.</li><li>Contact customers to resolve discrepancies or missing information prior to order acceptance.</li></ul><br /><strong>Delivery Plan:</strong><br /> <ul><li>Confirm shipping location and requested delivery date for each item directly with the customer.</li><li>Work with the internal supply chain team to establish realistic promised delivery dates and communicate them back to the customer.</li><li>Ensure delivery commitments align with company On-Time-to-Delivery (OTTD) metrics.</li></ul><br /><strong>Fulfillment Plan:</strong><br /> <ul><li>Determine whether orders will be fulfilled from stock on hand or from upcoming deliveries.</li><li>Implement item reservations in the system as needed to ensure priority customers are guaranteed stock availability.</li></ul><br /><strong>Order Fulfillment:</strong><br /> <ul><li>Coordinate with the warehouse and 3PL partners to release material and execute shipments.</li><li>Enter and maintain item tracking information in the company’s electronic records system for accuracy and traceability.</li><li>Maintain and furnish proof of delivery (POD) documentation to customers for confirmation, compliance, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Provide customers with timely status updates and tracking information throughout the fulfillment process.</li><li>Track fulfillment activities against OTTD performance targets and escalate risks to leadership as required.</li></ul><br /><strong>Returns:</strong><br /> <ul><li>Manage the returns process, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high customer satisfaction.</li></ul><br /><strong>Data Accuracy:</strong><br /> <ul><li>Maintain accurate customer Ship-to and Bill-to contact information within the order management system.</li></ul><br /><strong>Collaboration: </strong><br /> <ul><li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Supply Chain to resolve fulfillment issues and continuously improve processes.</li></ul><br><br><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</strong><br /> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or related operations role.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.</li><li>Experience in the electronic manufacturing industry.</li><li>Familiarity with export protocols and related documentation requirements.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners.</li></ul><br><br><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br /> <ul><li>APICS certifications such as:</li><li>CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)</li><li>CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)</li><li>CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution)</li><li>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification.</li><li>Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) systems and freight providers.</li><li>Familiarity with international shipping, Incoterms, and customs/export compliance.</li><li>Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding OTTD and order accuracy KPIs.</li></ul><br><br><strong>WHAT WE PROMISE TO PROVIDE</strong><br /> <ul><li>Exciting, innovative, fast paced, and growing environment prime for continuous development.</li><li>Competitive base pay, health benefits and RRSP Matching Contributions plan.</li></ul><p><br><br>We value diversity and inclusion and encourage applications from all qualified candidates.
