<p><b>Regional Sales Manager, Greater Toronto Area, ON</b><br></p><p>Are you autonomous, have a strong technical background, and experience in developing and managing distribution networks? Would you like to join an international manufacturer of industrial equipment? We'd like to meet you.<br></p><p>Reporting to the General Manager, your <b>responsibilities</b> will include:<br></p><ul><li>Managing the industrial distribution network and developing the existing network<br></li><li>Prospecting and developing new customer accounts by building strong, trust-based relationships with distributors<br></li><li>Understanding the various applications of our products and training sales representatives in order to support distributors in the field<br></li><li>Answering technical questions from distributors and end users and guiding them toward the best solutions<br></li><li>Taking part in events, trade shows, and training sessions to strengthen brand visibility<br></li><li>Conducting active competitive intelligence, producing monthly reports, and following a structured sales development plan<br></li></ul><br><br><h3>Profil</h3><p><b>Skills and qualifications required:</b><br></p><ul><li>Experience in managing a distribution network (minimum 2 years)<br></li><li>Proven experience in business development and sales to industrial customers<br></li><li>Technical knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanics, hydraulics, or pneumatics<br></li><li>Ability to be a strong brand ambassador and a trusted technical resource for customers/distributors<br></li><li>Autonomous, well-organized profile who enjoys working independently<br></li><li>Proactive, persistent, and strong interpersonal skills<br></li><li>Excellent command of the English language<br></li><li>Knowledge of French (an asset)<br></li></ul>
