Sales Advisor (Part-Time, In-Person)<BR><BR>Location:<BR><BR>In-person Ottawa, ON<BR><BR>Job Type:<BR><BR>Part-time (with opportunity to grow into full-time)<BR><BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Capital Financial is a Canadian financial support platform offering credit building, financial relief, and mortgage preparation services through a membership-based app. We are currently hiring a Sales Advisor to work in person on a part-time basis.<BR><BR>This role focuses on handling inbound leads, understanding client needs, and guiding them toward the Capital Financial app where they can choose and enroll in the plan that fits them best.<BR><BR>This is not cold calling and not high-pressure sales. All leads are inbound.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities<BR><BR>As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:<BR><BR>Contacting new inbound leads via email and phone<BR><BR>Thanking clients for reaching out and asking qualifying questions<BR><BR>Understanding the clients goals (credit building, financial relief, mortgage planning)<BR><BR>Recommending the most suitable Capital Financial plan based on their needs<BR><BR>Explaining how the Capital Financial app works and directing clients to download it<BR><BR>Answering basic questions clearly and professionally<BR><BR>Following up with leads who need more information<BR><BR>Updating client status, notes, and progress in our internal system<BR><BR>Transferring enrolled clients to advisors once they join a program<BR><BR>Sales Advisors do not collect payments directly.
