Senior Accountant - Fixed Assets - 7 months Employment Type Contract Location Markham, Ontario Apply SHARE THIS JOB Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Perform end to end accounting functions including AP, AR, journal entries to the GL, account and bank reconciliations, post accruals, and fixed assets accounting including managing depreciation and amortization schedules Manage month end closing processes Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, cashflow and P&L statements Assist with variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting Provide supporting documents for audits Manage month end closing processes Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, cashflow and P&L statements Assist with variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting Provide supporting documents for audits TMGCT Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field• Designation or CPA designation in process• 3+ years of experience in accounting• Experience with Fixed Asset Accounting• Strong Excel skills• SAP experience• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with a team• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Apply
