Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables within the constraints of <strong>schedule, scope, and budget</strong>. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business units.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and software artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.</p></li><li><p>Establish and oversee <strong>Agile ceremonies</strong>, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.</p></li><li><p>Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all levels, from senior management to project team members.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular meetings with project team members to track progress and provide status updates to key stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with external vendors to ensure optimal project delivery structures.</p></li><li><p>Prioritize activities, address risks/issues, and manage resources efficiently across various departments.</p></li><li><p>Build a collaborative and productive team environment, driving accountability towards critical milestones and deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Anticipate and address potential impediments to team delivery and administer metrics tracking.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What you must have:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years managing complex IT projects, focusing on <strong>Agile development</strong> in financial institutions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&#39;s in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or equivalent.</p></li><li><p><strong>Certifications:</strong> Project management certifications (PMP, Agile) preferred.</p></li><li><p><strong>Tools:</strong> Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.</p></li><li><p><strong>Expertise:</strong> Expertise in IT project management, business analysis, and change management.</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication:</strong> Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to lead and motivate colleagues.</p></li><li><p><strong>Pace:</strong> Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Excellent project management and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and team management abilities.</p></li><li><p>Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in <strong>Agile methodologies</strong> and related tools.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</p></li></ul><p> </p></p></p>
