Job Description

The Registered Pharmacy Technician Subject Matter Expert (SME) using their experience and expertise as a front line technician will support the Medication Management Transformation project by providing expertise in non-automation processes that impact daily pharmacy operations.



  • Develop orientation and onboarding materials

  • Assess and update Pharmacy Technician workflows and guidelines

  • Support missing medication resolution

  • DigiSense recalibration

  • Fluidose software upgrades

  • Drug dictionary deactivation process
