Job Overview & Purpose:


The Team Leadrole drives our customer implementationsand adoption ofEuna Grants, the leading enterprise grant management software platform.This highly visible role works directly with our publicsectorcustomersincluding large municipalities, tribal entities, counties, and state agencies.Subjectmatterexpertiseinmanagement and administration offederally fundedgrant programs, as either a grantor or grant recipient,isa must.Additionally, experience leading,or as a team memberof,anenterprise-level software implementationproject, includingdesign,change management,and adoption,isan idealprofile.

The Team Leadmanagesa team of Implementation Managers andsupportsthe training and development of ourImplementationTeamandits processes.The Team Leadis responsible for a portfolio ofcustomersandisresponsible for the development of processesto ensure successful customer implementation and adoption. Leveragingprevioussoftware implementation experience, this roleengageswithleadership and stafftodevelop and deploy process improvements.


TheTeam Leadmanagesa team ofImplementation Managersandprovidesdirect support and guidance toits staffon all matters of customer configuration, implementation, and product adoption.The Team Leadworkscross-functionally within the organization to improvethecustomerexperience by working with Product, Sales, and the Technology teams.Reportingto theSenior Manager, Professional Services, this role works closelywiththeCustomerSuccess, Customer Support, and Product Teams.


Essential Job Duties:


SupportCustomerFacingneeds, such as:

  • Servesas theSubject Matter Expertfor thecustomerduring the implementation/onboardingprocessandasthe ultimate person responsible forthecustomerachieving project goals.
  • Buildsrelationships with all levels within thecustomerorganization (executivesponsor to system user).
  • Hasa solid understanding of the Grant Lifecycle, the steps that arerequired, and the rolethat technology canplay in that lifecycle.
  • Developsa thorough understanding of theEuna GrantsImplementation Methodology andadaptit, asnecessary, to the needs of thecustomer.
  • LeadsanImplementationTeamperformsthe majority oftasks held by other roles,while also appropriatelyassisting, delegating, and overseeing the accomplishment of tasks fromtheProject Manager,Technical Solutions Specialists, and other implementation personnel.
  • Has orcandevelopexcellentunderstanding ofEuna Grants functionality.
  • UnderstandsChange Management andcanarticulate and execute againstChange Management planswith Customerswhiledriving full product adoption andfacilitatinglong-term success
  • Leadscustomerstatus callsin order toarticulate theprojectprogress, key next steps,andknown issues with plans to remediate them.
  • Leadsproduct training sessions, either remotely or on-site.
  • Identifiesproject risksin atimelymannerand appropriately escalate internally to managesuccessful outcomes.
  • Managesscope, cost, and timeline, and holdcustomerresponsibleaccordingly.
  • Has the abilitytotravel,as appropriate,in order tobuild the necessary relationships and ensurea successfulimplementation.
  • Non-traditional hours may be needed, butnotweekends.

Support internal businessprocess, such as:

  • Manages a team of Implementation Managers
  • Establishesprocesses to improve upon operational effectiveness of implementation, whichmay include assessing and managing specialized training/operational requirements forcustomers.
  • Identifiesinternal training needs and plays a key role in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Serves as LiaisontoEuna Grants Development Teamsregardingcustomerintegrations
  • Partners with Product and Development teams on enhancingEuna Grantsfunctionality.
  • Participatesin cross-functional team activities that may include requirements gathering, business process modeling, Statement of Workdevelopment,andRFP support.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Subject matterexpertisein management and administration of federally funded grant programs, as either a grantor or grant recipient.
  • Experienceinteractingand working collaborativelyin a virtual setting.
  • The ability to interact with businessstakeholders, both internally and externallysimultaneously,to bridge gaps and manage communications.
  • Proficiencyat managingmultiple prioritiesand deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal,writtenor visual form to a variety of audiences, from the internal team tocustomerexecutives.
  • Ability to self-manage and be an independent member within the larger project team.
  • Team oriented and comfortable with regular performance feedback.
  • Passionate about exceeding goals and delivering a result
  • Highly analytical,data-driven.
  • Competent inMSOffice.
  • High degree of comfort with technology and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred:

  • CGMS certification or eligibility to achieve CGMS certification is strongly desired.
  • Experience leading, or as a team member of, an enterprise-level software implementation project, including design, change management, and adoption, is desired.
  • B.S. or B.A.degreeor equivalent experience.
  • Experiencewith softwareintegrations.

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.


Compensation Range: $85,000 - $105,000
