<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b></b></p><p><strong>Warehouse Team Lead – Receiving</strong></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Support daily OTD goals by maintaining 24-hour turnaround of all inbound shipments.</li><li>Maintain 24-hour turnaround of all RGA’s.</li><li>Communicate <span >issues/delays/backorders</span> to <span >Purchasing/CSR/other</span> departments as needed and in a timey manner.</li><li>With the support of warehouse team, load/unload trucks and assist customers/drivers.</li><li>Organize and implement regular location replenishing activities.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S methodology.</li><li>As required, ensure cycle counts are completed and submitted to Purchasing team in a timely manner.</li><li>Train warehouse staff as required by Management.</li><li>Support Company and Safety policies while monitoring compliance by warehouse team. Notify Management of any violations.</li><li>Assist internal/external customers as needed.</li><li>Maintain high productivity and quality standards across all warehouse activities.</li><li>Attend prescribed courses and training as required.</li><li>Other duties as required by Management.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent attendance.</li><li>Prior experience in Shipping-Receiving is required.</li><li>Background of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Industry is an asset.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.</li><li>Proficiency with MS office, internet solutions, computerized systems - software or ERP.</li><li>Regularly required to stand; walk and stand for extended periods of time.</li><li>Good hand/eye coordination.</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Able to push/pull up to 35 pounds.</li><li>Able to work over-time and weekend shifts if required.</li><li>Forklift experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Conditions:</strong></p><p>1. Job Location: Ammega Canada Inc. - 265 Export Blvd, Mississauga, ON</p><p>2. Salary: $23 to $24 per hour, depending on profile and experience</p><p>3. Days of work: Monday to Friday - Permanent Full-time position, 40 hours per week</p><p>4. Shift timing: 8:30 am to 5 pm </p><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong>:</p><p>1. Paid Sick Days</p><p>2.
