This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive strategic initiatives, lead financial planning, and spearhead data-driven decision-making for a dynamic company serving diverse markets across North America and beyond.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><ul><li>Orchestrate the strategic planning cycle, from initial assessments to performance tracking</li><li>Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluations</li><li>Develop and manage performance tracking frameworks, creating insightful reports for executive review</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape long-term business strategies and optimization initiatives</li><li>Build and evaluate business cases for new opportunities, including market expansion and M&A prospects</li></ul></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business strategy, or a similar role</li><li>Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant graduate degree preferred</li><li>Extensive experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis.
