Salary: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of kitchen and food service staff
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Train and support staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records
- Assist in scheduling, resolving customer complaints, and improving service efficiency
- Maintain operational consistency and ensure adherence to company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of work experience or formal education in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Food Services
- Functional English proficiency (CLB 5 or higher recommended)
- Ability to perform well in high-pressure environments
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage between $18.50 and $20.00, based on experience
