We work with <strong>end-user homeowners, investors, and developers</strong> on renovations, additions, and new-build projects, including <strong>custom homes, coach homes, and secondary dwelling units (SDUs)</strong>.</p><p>ARTA operates with:</p><ul><li>City of Ottawa permit experience</li><li>Architect and engineer partners</li><li>In-house design coordination</li><li>Fully managed construction delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Typical annual volume:</strong></p><ul><li> 20 renovation projects</li><li>3-4 new custom homes</li><li>5-10 coach homes / SDUs</li></ul><strong>What You Will Sell</strong>Renovations<ul><li>Kitchens</li><li>Bathrooms</li><li>Basements</li><li>Full-home renovations</li></ul>New / Structural / Design-Build<ul><li>Custom homes</li><li>Coach homes</li><li>Second dwelling / rental units</li><li>Home extensions & additions</li><li>Full design-build projects</li></ul><strong>Typical Contract Values</strong><ul><li>Small renovation: <strong>$5,000 - $8,000</strong></li><li>Typical renovation: <strong>$25,000 - $50,000</strong></li><li>Large renovation: <strong>$180,000+</strong></li><li>Coach home / SDU: <strong>$70,000 - $150,000</strong></li><li>Custom homes: <strong>$1,000,000 - $3,000,000</strong></li></ul><strong>Your Role (Sales + Client Ownership)</strong><p>This role combines <strong>high-value residential sales</strong> with <strong>client ownership through delivery</strong>.</p><p> You are responsible for guiding clients from first meeting through contract execution and delivery coordination.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Lead client meetings and consultations</li><li>Understand client needs, scope, and budget</li><li>Answer technical and construction-related questions</li><li>Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers</li><li>Close contracts independently or with management support when required</li><li>Maintain the client relationship throughout construction</li><li>Support collection of client payments based on contract milestones</li></ul><strong>Role Boundaries (Clear and Defined)</strong><ul><li><strong>Design finalization:</strong> Architect and company</li><li><strong>Pricing & estimates:</strong> Shared responsibility (sales + company)</li><li><strong>Contract signing:</strong> Management</li></ul><p>Leads are <strong>partially provided</strong>, and a <strong>dedicated lead-generation department is being developed</strong> to further support this role.</p><strong>Commission & Earnings (Very Clear)</strong><strong>Commission Structure</strong><ul><li><strong>5%-7% of total contract value</strong> (when labor, materials, and costs are included), <strong>OR</strong></li><li><strong>20% of construction management fee</strong> (when the contract is management-fee-only)</li></ul><strong>Typical Commissions per Deal</strong><ul><li>Renovations: <strong>$500 - $10,000</strong> <em>(small projects at the low end;
